Water Bath Canning Over a Campfire - Ann's Tiny Life and Homestead
I'm trying to conserve propane because we got 1 more day of extreme heat. I want to run the genny and ac tomorrow, the hottest day of the heatwave, but I've got 4 quarts of veggies chopped needing to be canned before they go bad. So i figured I'd try and see if I can do the whole process on my fire pit. I'm canning more cowboy candy.
