No doubt politically driven, Biden on "60 Minutes" declared "the pandemic is over", which is causing concerns for his party and his administration with so many projects for funding--even including his student loan forgiveness program--that are dependent upon a continuing "medical emergency" that a lot of effort is going to dialing it back. Similar relaxations in the CDC's guidelines, for example, are also driven by concern to reduce resentment of the Biden admin as midterms approach. With the "open borders" policy (which is unsustainable when combined with a welfare state), Venezuela reportedly has emptied its prisons to send them to America, where we shall sow what we reap. Tragic to have a government dedicated to destroying the lives of the governed. And the quality of life is dropping further and further at the hands of Democrat legislators, where in IL beginning 1 January 2023, not only will there be no cash bail for a host of serious crimes (including 2nd degree murder, kidnapping, and armed robbery), but the police will no longer have the authority to remove trespassers from private property--which is, in effect, the abolition of private property, among the crucial differences between communist and capitalist societies. The Democrats have truly become a communist party! (I used to think that was just hokum, but now we are living through it!) Wit Newsom's green agenda, Ever's "catch and release" for serious crimes, and Fetterman being promoted in spite of brain damage, the only ray of light comes from The Washington Post demanding that his medical records be open and that he participate in debates to show he is competent and up to the job. The Democrats want to do for Pennsylvania what they have already done for the United States: let the least competent lead us! Unreal!
