How Islam portrays Jesus Known as Isa

Christians give Jesus the status of God who died on the cross for our sins & worshiped by his followers who spread his message around the world. Islam, however, gives Jesus the status of a holy prophet of Allah who didn't die on the cross but was taken to paradise & will one day return.
