SANDY HOOK: Lt. Vance Makes False Claim on Shooter's Location

State Police spokesman, Paul Vance claimed the alleged shooter was found in the hallway. This contradicts the official report that claimed the shooter was found deceased in "room 10, northwest of the hallway entrance"
