Income Roller Coaster

If you want the book to market you, you have to write the book in such a fashion that it will market whatever you've got. So if you've got landing pages, if you've got programs, if you've got podcasts or anything like that, I need to tell you something else that the book will get you. When you're in my program, you get to have an appearance on a TV show. That gets you a commercial. The commercial is one minute, of your landing page with the QR code and the QR code hooks up to your auto responder and to my autoresponder. So I get a copy of the list and you get a copy of the list. I do that because there was a time in my life when I lost my list and time went by and I didn't know that the hosting companies only keep it for so long. The auto responder companies, only keep it for so long, and it's gone. And then what do you do? You got to start all over again. So I had to start all over again. Right? That was horrible. After 20 years, stuff like that happened, you don't want that happening. So I create and keep the list for you and you get the list. Plus, those are other touches for you to get more authority. Right? You're in front of them. You need more visibility and more authority. So you take these books, you take the real, you take the one minute commercial and now you create one page on whatever website you're using, my media page is on LexisJohnson.com. So one of the pages there is just she spoke on Dotty's show. She was on AskDotty. She was on whatever other she's on, VibeItUp, she's the host of VibeItUp, and here's a sample. So you can see the whole show or you can see just one minute.
Producers are not going to watch a whole show. But they want you to have several choices so they can scroll through to 20 minutes or 10 minutes and see what you're in action, not something that you memorized and sat there like a soldier and just did really quickly. It's something that's an excellent real for you and it's called a sizzle real. So we provide that
every time you're on my show, you get one of those. You get two of them.
Wow. You actually get quite a bit. I know. I'll sign up with you. It's pay-to-play because it does cost me. I have a dozen people that work for me.
They need to get paid. So I'm happy to give you a lot of information for free because this is what I wanted 20 years ago. I hired Joe Vitale because I wanted the best I could afford. There was nothing like this out there. Everybody was just struggling and doing it on their own. I made $18,000 in one hour and then converted those on the phone 80% of those people to my $3000 program.

That's amazing.

That is amazing.

That's how I created this program. But then after that, I went down. And then I went up and then I went down. And my income was up and my income was down because there was no plan. There was no consistent platform. I had to create it. So if you know a ton of people, it's easier. So you need to build a big list. Having these opportunities builds your list.
When you're everywhere, and people see you, they don't even need to download it. They're like, oh, there's that TV showgirl again. Yeah. I want to listen to her because she's done a lot to say. Right? Yeah. You said something that probably hits the core of a lot of small business owners,
and that is that your income goes up and down. It's like a roller coaster.

Exactly.

We want to as small business owners, want to get off that roller coaster. We want it to go up and up and up. Yes. Up and up and up. Even if it's slow,
steady, it's still up. Exactly. What I heard you say is with your program, we can get off that roller coaster ride.

I love the way you put that.

Thank you.

I'm going to use that.

Yes. You're welcome.

What I do is if people decide, especially after the pandemic, they decide, hey, I'm going to go online and make money. That looks easy. I can sit on the beach and go to Ching Ching drink my piña coladas and money's coming in. Not quite that easy. Yes, it happens occasionally for people like that, but not very often. And usually, 20 years ago when the Internet was, you know, the pioneer. Right?Yeah. Well, nowadays, you have to work at it really hard just like any other job. But what happened to me was I created the program and I sold the program and then I went to deliver the program and I forgot about going to get more clients. Now, I was doing a nutrition program and I was successful. I taught them what they needed to do. They don't need me anymore. Bye. Now I need new clients. Uh-oh, I'm running out of money. I don't have a marketing budget. I can't hire Joe Vitale again. I got no money left. I need to sell. How do you sell? Right? Most heart-centered people don't like selling. They think it's pushy. You need to remember that selling is serving. What do your people need that you have, and how can you get it in their hands?
