WHAT ARE THESE BUGS?

These beetles are in two clumps on our sunflower. There are also Bald Faced Wasps (White and Black). They are known to be aggressive, sting humans in the face and their sting scale is like slamming your hand in a revolving door. But what are these strange Beetles? If you know leave me a comment.
