I Tried 40 Days Of Fasted Cardio | Fitness Transformation

The key change in this transformation was the fasted cardio. It changed my lifestyle and mindset for the better. I didn't think I would transform as fast as I did. But that shows just how consistent I was. There was days I took off. Sometimes I went to the gym, when I did not want to go. But, I made it a habit to wake up, be fasted and do stairmaster or jog on the treadmill. I still have a lot more to do. But I am proud of my "glow up". I feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin.

However, I still dieted healthy. Diet was a big part. I took on intermittent fasting. I drank a lot of water daily. And I was honest with myself. You will make mistakes, but you will learn to improve from them. It all takes time and patience. Lastly, I am completely natural for those wondering.
