South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham joins Carly Shimkus on Fox and Friends to say that abortion “is not a states’ rights issue,” but a human one. Graham brings up Germany’s abortion laws and compares California to China. The Majority Report crew discusses how in Germany, abortions after 12 weeks are allowed if the person pregnant believes it causes mental or physical distress. The crew also talks about how Graham defaults to using anti-China narratives as he compares his legislation to Europe’s. The MR crew also watches a clip with Rona McDaniel who brings up gender selection abortions and future abortion referendums.

This is Lindsey Graham on with the fox's Carly Shimkus and Brian Kilmeade and Steve Ducey on Fox and Friends and here is Carly Shimkus 20 weeks pregnant asking-Now Graham is just like on a tour to salvage himself, yeah it's- like this was born out of ego him wine plays himself at the center of the abortion debate and be like I'm the Savior and like every Republican running for State office is going to cite my bill and my name will be in the Mounds of people and now literally every elected Republican is so pissed at him so he can't stop digging this hole. And like really not essentially except for like Herschel Walker, the only either candidate or incumbent who was even like tacitly endorsing his abortion ban legislation...
