Hurricane Fiona is still bringing heavy rains and flooding to several islands as the storm approaches the Caribbean, after causing what officials say is catastrophic damage to Puerto Rico. Hundreds of thousands of Puerto Ricans are still without drinking water and electricity, although officials are promising to get the power back on soon.
