Hurricane Fiona’s flooding destroys a bridge built after Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. Hurricane Fiona this has been devastating it is shocking that as a country we have not built up Puerto Rico's infrastructure in such a way that you know there can be power on in the country or there could be a lack of power in the country for an entire of the entire population. This apparently is footage of a bridge that was built, it's a new bridge that was constructed after Hurricane Maria and this is just amidst it's disturbing and there are a lot of people suffering in Puerto Rico and once again as a country we don't pay that much attention...
