Delivery in Wisconsin, reload to North Carolina. Rest area closed, stranded with no truck parking?

In todays trucking journey, we begin in Lincoln, Illinois and travel to Genoa City, Wisconsin to make our delivery. We then reload 8 miles away with a load going to North Carolina. Major road construction along the way, large rest area is closed which almost leaves us with no time to find a place to park.
