This is a video of me working with my feelings as they related to the behavior modification program I was subjected to from 2008 to 2013. There is no image because I recorded my session, and didn’t use a camera app to do so. I provide commentary though about what’s happening, and if anything I am saying is unclear or you are confused you are more than welcome to leave questions in the comments.
