In this video, I talk about the 80/20 rule, also known as the Pareto principle, and how you can use it to help structure your business execution plans, so you always know the 20% of steps you should be taking that give you 80% of the results.

The idea here is to determine what the crucial 20% is that will get you the most 80%. I'm a big believer in this concept, and it can be used to gain your results more effectively, whether in business or in life.

You can read all the books you want 80% of your time, but if you don't take action (the 20% that gets you most of the results) and apply what you've learned, then it's useless and a waste of time.

So do a weekly review and ask yourself what are the top 3-5 tasks that'll get me to my results? And only focus on those things.
