Successful people keep winning (or being successful) because of the law of momentum. Now, this law states that an object in motion will continue in that same motion.

Every time we move forward, it is an achievement. Things won't always go our way, and you'll have moments where you take 2 steps back, but you can always learn from these mistakes and keep moving forward.

The most important thing is really to keep on moving and not stagnate, as it is much easier to get up and proceed with momentum. Not getting up and staying down for too long, meaning to quit right away or beat yourself up and going into a negative spiral of being demotivated, will just make it very difficult to get back into a winning flow.
