Data shows 30 children under 18 shot this year in Cincinnati

A 14-year-old is accused of fatally shooting Shawn Lewis in Over-the-Rhine. Police said Lewis had just turned 16 the day he died. So far this year, there have been 30 shooting victims under age 18.
