Dreams States & Interpretation: Maze of Locked Doors & Meeting The Corroded: September 19, 2022

To me Dreams are very personal, so I do not use a book of “definitions” or interpretations, nor do I recommend one. There are many things that can influence us within dreams: the energy around us, various beings in the unseen realm, and our own subconscious thoughts. Also when we dream, your brain interprets everything and projects visions and sensations for us to experience. What messages we are meant to receive will be cloaked in a something personal from your consciousness that has meaning to you.

There are also many states within dreams. For me, I experience 3 distinct ones, the dreams state itself, and two “in betweens”. There is an in-between where I am close to consciousness and can feel my room, everything around me, and if I open my eyes I can see, but I cannot move my physical body beyond blinking. This is the state where I get most of my interactions with “spectres” which is what I call deceased human spirits who are hanging out near out realm. Other beings have interacted with me in this state but humans are social creatures in both life and death, so spectres come to meet with me more often than non-human beings. There is an in-between state that is closer to the Dream State and similar to shamanic journey/trance or “astral projection” and that is when I have journeyed out of the Dream State and entered another realm. Often, this is where I will meet beings that have something to say to me.

Visions most often come when I am full conscious or close to consciousness and they are completely random. I currently have absolutely no control over when the visions come and they have been fairly rare. The ones that come when I am conscious will just fade on their own after a short while. Recently, I started having visions in the in-between and these are ones that I can see again when I close my eyes, but my eyes keep wanting to open and my body really wants to wake up, so I can’t observe the vision for very long.

I decided to not talk about visions in this video & write-up because it is a very heavy topic for me due to what I have seen. So I will talk about my dream from last night, which I journeyed back to when awake to investigate more.

First Dream

I am at my parents’ place and eating food. I decide to go through the fridge, take out leftovers and finish them up. Some of the items I see are familiar dishes or favorites from my past.

When I journeyed back, my Spirit Family told me that I was unpacking my things and finalizing my memories.

This was really interesting because what people “eat” or “consume things” they become a part of them. But the personal meaning the eating of leftovers had for me was that I was taking items/memories out of long term storage and processing them with digestion. When I eat something, it goes in the mouth and out the rear end. So I am going through them, processing, letting go and moving on.
Second Dream Scenario
A mall filled with people.

When I journey there, I see lots of people and wonder first if they are in a hurry or anything but no, they are just walking through at a “normal pace” (not causual, more like “working pace”) and when I ask a person there he tells me “This store didn’t have what we wanted so we are moving on.”.

Third Dream Scenario
I see a group of people related to a class I took and teacher that I look up to. There is a female leader who is supposed to be associated with the teacher. So I decide to join in. The leader is pointing a staff at each person and after they say “I don’t believe in the corroded” she taps them lightly and they are initiated. I keep asking people “What is the corroded” and they just look at me funny without answering. When she points the staff at me I say “I don’t know what the corroded is but I will treat everyone nicely and with consideration.” So I’m allowed in the group and we progress to the activity.

Maze of Locked Doors
Everyone is running through this mall like structure with large halls, big rooms, small connecting rooms, endless hallways and rooms that are all connected by locked doors. Everyone is running through trying to “get through” it and the doors lock instantly when closed so we have to wait for someone to open the door in order to get through. Most people are nice enough to hold the door open for the next person but since we are in a hurry some people accidently start to close the door too early for the next person to catch it. I am frustrated and I hear my Spirit Family tell me “They only want you to go through the doors that they allow you to”

Visiting The Corroded
I journey back to the dream and first visit The Corroded.

I want to mention that what we see is something that is interpreted by the brain and projected into our vision in a way that we can understand. So the same being or universally acknowledged spiritual teacher/deity can look different to different people due to Personal Interpretation done by the Brain. Also, I work with beings of destruction on a regular basis, for example Kali Devi. Who represents the Destruction part of the Creation - Preservation - Destruction cycle. So I have a fairly close relationship with beings that destroy.

So, The Corroded, to me, looked like a frail figure with a white skull head and a body made of black ash, it has arms and then a amorphous cloak of a torso, it also feels masculine to me. I ask him what he is what he does and he answers that he as is his name calls him. Ok. Then he holds me, and a white light emerges from my chest and shines. Then he hands me a black ribbon, tying it around my wrist. I ask what it is, and he says it is a gift. I ask why and he lifts a hand from which there is a glimmer of pure white light which I had given him. (I say pure white light because light comes in many different hues, colors and tones in my journeys, and it is usually either cool toned or warm & creamy, this time it was pure white) So it was an exchange and connection. I ask what the ribbon is for, and he says I can give it to them. I ask who’s them? He says I’l know. I ask if I should give it to the group, he basically says I can give it to whoever I want.

Asking the Group about the Corroded
They exclaim “It Destroys Everything!”. So basically, I get that The Corroded destroys really strong structures that have been built over from investment of a lot of time and energy. I sense that it destroys things that are so built up that they are over-built.

Returning to the Maze
The female leader of the group has a fanatic look in her eyes and is repeating “We must fulfill our Destiny!” and what is that? The Maze. I am just fed up with this artificial construction of locked doors that we have to wait on so I set intent to destroy the maze and let everyone see how fake it is. So I destroy the entire maze, it burns down to ash and is disintegrated into light. I hear a voice that says “You Failed Us!” repeatedly. So I decide to go back and counsel the group.

Conversation with the Group
She’s yelling “You destroyed out Destiny! We can’t complete our Destiny!” I ask ‘What is Your Destiny?’ it is the Maze.

‘Why do you have to complete this Destiny?’

Because they told us to

Who?

Everyone

Well I don’t agree with “everyone”. You can do anything you want, now what do you want?

I want to be free

So, since I have Psychopomp training, I decided to bring them to the Upper Realm. In training, I was directed to ask if they wanted to go up or down but the last group I met wanted to go up so I just defaulted to Upper Realm and asked if they were ok with me helping them and stuff. They were ok so I brought them there and let them be released.

But I still wonder about what “You Failed Us!” meant so I decide to return to the scene before I destroy the Maze and ask what I was supposed to do? I am told that I was supposed to guide them through The Maze. So I go through the Maze blasting open the doors and walls with white light and guide everyone to the center. In the center is a treasure chest, when it opens, I see a cool pastel violet light gently emanating from the contents. I ask the people that collect from the treasure box what this gave them. They answer, “A sense of Completion” and I thought that was really interesting because we all have things that we either want or feel compelled to do which don’t make sense to anyone else, and it often turns into an obsession that can only cured with either release or Completion. Then there are a lot of things we are told to do that gnaw at us and don’t go away even if the task is delegated to someone else. It is the Feeling and Acknowledgement of Completion that releases us from that bond.
