Keto Cheeseburger Sauce – Super easy!
Ingredients:
1 ½ lb beef hamburger
1- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups grated cheddar
1 tsp minced garlic or to taste
Sauté beef hamburger and garlic. Add approx. half the heavy whipping cream. Heat thoroughly. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese. Mix & lower heat to lowest setting. Add the rest of the cheddar cheese and cream to desired thickness. Mix thoroughly.
Suggestions: If you want more sauce simply add more cream and more cheese. Be careful of cooking on high heat. Use low heat when adding cream and cheese.
Serve with your favorite low carb vegetables or on pork rinds with a dollop of sour cream and jalapenos
