A General Overview of One Way By Which the Indiana State Police Are Harassing & Intimidating Patriots, Christians & Other Free Thinkers Whom Are Dissenters Against Corruption.
As a signet of how that organization really is, they forced Sgt. Oliver, of the Peru, Indiana post, to retire early because he was looking into that and some other corruption by police. I requested him to not long before he retired, and he made some progress, but then I got back with him and he informed me that he was retiring, but the signals were that he didn't want to at that time. It was later relayed to me that it was forced, because the entity, as most, refuse to dispense with certain, shady methodologies.
The Amendment which the State Police use to justify their highway harassment, which is sometimes done on foot, is the Sixth, "[the accused shall enjoy the right] ...to be confronted with the witnesses against him...". Again, it is a twisted rendition they use, misplaced and merely a tool of intimidation, not to mention that in those cases, it is the accused who are doing the confronting.
I will add that at times, in some instances including an unknown perpetrator, one or another entity will either force or cause the culprit to pass by you if you've made a report, thus revealing who it was. However, more often than not, they merely add them to the informant pool, utilizing their craft for the government.
