‘Physiological Sighs’ - Breathing Meditation for High Stress and Anxiety Relief

Dr Andrew Huberman has popularised this 1930s quick breathing technique designed for high-stress moment, to relieve anxiety and panic attacks, as well as provide the brain with a quick burst of oxygen to clear away brain fog, and improve concentration and focus.
This breathing technique can be done in the moment of stress, instead of disengaging from it.

This breathing technique is NOT for sustained use, it is to be used to provide quick relief when necessary, before returning to a calmer, more controlled and natural breathing rhythm.
In this breathing exercise you do two inhales, with the first inhale being longer than the second, with an extended exhale.

I have designed this meditation for you to learn this technique so you become familiar enough to use it at anytime you feel stressed. And you can come back to this meditation for a longer relaxation practice.
