EP. 008 SUBFLOOR - BLOCKING & COLUMNS

In this video we are finishing up the subfloor blocking and floor sheathing! Good news is our steel columns arrived, and bad news is that all but 3 of the columns have the wrong bolt hole locations in the plates that connect to the steel beams. While we wait for the welder to come out and replace the column plates with the correct ones, we finish up the blocking between the I-joists and get going on the floor sheathing.
