Since 1913, has US Federal Income Tax law NEVER applied to the 50 States of the Union
"The IRS often implies that the ratification of the 16th Amendment to the US Constitution in 1913 permitted the federal government to greatly broaden the scope of the Income Tax. The IRS wishes you to think that the 16th Amendment allows them to impose the tax directly upon ALL American citizens.
Could it be TRUE, going back all the way to the first Income Tax act after the 16th Amendment was supposedly ratified, that US federal Income Tax laws have NEVER applied to citizens of the 50 states of the Union who have no income from the federal government?
In this presentation, Peymon Mottahedeh, Founder and President of Freedom Law School, explains the historical development of the Income Tax laws, to which “States” the laws applied to then, and tracing up to the present day."
