Ripple CEO and the CFTC commissioner had a meeting. Not much was said but this does turn heads. The CFTC is in charge of commodities while on the other hand the SEC takes care of Securities. If the SEC has Ripple in court for securities violations then why would the CFTC be involved in any way.
