So, this is the video I posted where I describe the history and benefits of Spermidine as an anti-aging compound, there is a link in the description below to this video should you wish to review it, And this is the comment form James Burr TV asking me to post a Spermidine comparison video.
If you watched the first video, you may remember that the last slide mentioned that, at the time, spermidine as a supplement was hard to find and to be cautious of suppliers selling wheat germ spermidine capsules, that are generally under-dosed and most don’t list how much spermidine they actually contain.
I also mentioned that although there is plenty of spermidine research on animals, human studies are a little harder to find.
And that the optimal spermidine dosage, in humans, has not yet been established, although companies selling spermidine recommend 8 mg a day.
Bearing that in mind let’s now look at where you can buy from reputable sources that do list the actual spermidine content
As with my NMN comparison videos I thought it a good idea to compare the big three, Renue by Science, DoNotAge and ProHealth
But unfortunately ProHealth, at the present time, don’t carry Spermidine
