The Bakersfield Police Department needs help locating a missing teen. Neisy Salazar, 14, was last seen on Saturday, Sept. 17th in Southeast Bakersfield. She is 5 foot 4 and weighs 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information should call the Bakersfield Police Department at 661-327-7111.
