Fix for Live Loops issue, Logic Pro 10.7.4 Wrong Cell Loop length / bpm Bug 🐛

This seems like a bug in Logic Pro Studio 2022 and it's wasted plenty of my time. So hopefully you don't have to , try this fix.

out of time , tempo , bug , glitch , problem, speed , timing , different, bpm , cell , audio loop , apple , fix it.
