Logic Pro Live audio Cells playing wrong tempo ? bug ? bpm issue problem glitch why ?

Bug or something else? in any event why would a Live Loop Cell want to playback at any other tempo than the main BPM set in the master transport ?
I have no idea ? Perhaps half time or double time , but some other random fraction ?
Counter productive yes , bit crazy even . Sure.
Even if your audio loops aren't exactly quantised, the Cell" it self" should still playback its fixed bpm and loop length in time with the master. So why is this Loop Cell not playing the Master BPM or grid . ?? how can this even happen? seems a bit pointless to me, wasted time plenty.
