By Western standards, Georgia is a poor country filled with good people who face many hardships. Then last year, Russia, who shares a border with Georgia, went to war with Ukraine. This increased tension at Georgia’s border as well as created an intense refugee situation. Layers of challenges confront Jewish families – both the refugees and those in the country - who want to make their home in Israel. Ezra International’s man, Givi, has been called by God to help them. Tune in to better understand the situation and to know how to pray for the work and people in Georgia.

Ezra International began working in Georgia in 2014, and since then Givi’s indigenous team of Christians has helped thousands of impoverished Jewish people gather documents, fill out paperwork and help cover their expenses so that they could make Aliyah. Prior to his full-time work with Ezra, Givi served in the Finance Ministry for the Country of Georgia.
