Blue Energy (ASX: BLU) managing director John Phillips joins Small Caps to discuss the company’s exploration and development plans for its ATP-814 permit in Queensland’s North Bowen Basin.

A pilot well drilling program is underway within the permit’s Sapphire Block where it is targeting multiple coal seams to build its gas reserve base.

Blue Energy’s strategy is to fast-track the block to production to meet the east coast energy demands.
