The Star and Delta operation of induction motor is an efficient and reliable way to power your devices. The Star and Delta operation of induction motor allows for more efficient use of energy, while also providing a more reliable power source.

Operation of induction motors can be simplified into two basic types: Star and Delta. Star operation is used when the motor is run in a fixed direction with no reversals. Delta operation is used when the motor is run in a rotating direction with reversals.

When running a motor in a star mode, the stator windings are connected in series and the magnets are placed on the outside of the rotor. The rotor runs in a fixed direction and the voltage is constant. This type of motor is typically used for applications that do not require reversals.
