Minimalist Workout

Each exercise is performed for 90 seconds. The time is divided into three phases of intensity. Phase one (first 30 sec.) is performed at 50% effort, phase two (second 30 sec.) is performed at 70% effort, the final phase (third 30 sec.) is performed as hard as you feel that you safely can contract your muscles.
