My Thoughts:
I had a friend that did lawn care and thought he might have to get surgery on his neck because of the pain. It turned out that he just needed to fix his posture! Every inch your head goes forward out of alignment creates pounds of pressure on your spine. Do whatever you can to get your posture in check. Go to a chiropractor, physical therapy, a masseuse etc. All kinds of pains in your body can come from being out of alignment. I noticed my posture was slipping recently so I am wearing my posture corrector again, which I should probably wear often even if it's not slipping. Look up posture exercises too. Make it a part of your routine. Stretch and build the muscles around your spine because when you get adjusted, if your muscles are used to pulling the wrong ways, it will pull your back out of alignment. I don't think you're wondering, but I am not a doctor so get advice from a professional. Also ask the Lord to fix your back if you have a problem beyond what these types of methods can do for you.
