Ingredients

2 Zucchini
1/4 cup red onion chopped
1/4 english cucumber sliced
10 halved cherry tomato
10 pitted Kalamata olives
1/4 greek dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
1 oz feta cheese

Directions

Cut Zucchini with spiralizer or vegatable peeler. Add chopped red onion,
cucumber,cherry tomato,olives,dressing salt and
pepper to taste toss and serve.
add crumbled feta cheese. Dig in and enjoy!
