Positive Emotional Energy comes from strong self-esteem. Self-esteem comes from how we manage and grow our well-being and our confidence.

Taking time and focus to nurture your own well-being is critical to being able to withstand stressful attacks when they come. Handling them well will in turn also increase your confidence.

This has a significant effect on your ability to grow and make better and more constructive decisions.

So, when we are under attack from a stressful event or problem, we bring to bear 3 things to reinforce our personal boundary.

Here’s the formula:

Self-esteem (well-being + confidence) + Intellectual Data (Education + Experience) + Decision-making (Conscience + Intuition) = Resources or Strength to reinforce and hold strong.
