On Monday, 19 SEP 22, on New Paradigms with Sargis Sangari, Episode #116, Jennifer Zeng, Author & Host of "Inconvenient Truths" & NEC-SE Director of CCP Studies & Analysis, & Al Johnson, NEC-SE Director/Chief Analyst for Southeast Asia & #Japan joined me to discuss the CCP's Critical Decision Point & #Asia after the #CCP.

During our discussion, Jennifer pointed out how the U.S. needs to clarify its policy on #Asia by delineating that #Taiwan is an #independent, #democratic nation and should be recognized as such.

Mr. Al Johnson pointed out the historical perspective of the CCP and how the CCP continues to use information operations to rewrite # China's history to legitimize itself.

Jennifer and Al also highlighted how The Chines Communist Party (CCP) is a militaristic, expansionistic empire, and as such, it continues to engage in lawless behavior, crimes against humanity, and other violations of international norms.

Therefore, the U.S. must identify and address the CCP violations at the #international level and within international institutions like the United Nations (#UN) if we are still the global leaders of democratic nations.

Jennifer also stated that if the U.S. is to repeat the phrase "One China Policy," it should be clear that the U.S. is talking about the Democratic Party currently in exile in Taiwan (#Kuomintang) as the legitimate representative for the current CCP-occupied territories.

Ambiguity and failed policies are dangerous during this time. The U.S. should be explicit about its stand.

Freeze overseas assets and hold them until a government that respects human rights emerges in CCP-occupied territories.

Internal strife among rank and file of the CCP, including even the oldest CCP member, #SongPing, who is 105 years old, standing against #XI, shows the likelihood of the CCP facing its most significant political test since its inception.

Song Ping is the oldest living Party and state leader of China, the last comrade of chairman #Mao and premier #Zhou.
