Oregon may join in California's emission standards with New York, Vermont, and Washington State. Hey they could form the Progressive States of America (PSA)! The Daily Mail, a UK Paper, showed me how much we here in Oregon are willing to give up. We may have to change our State motto from "On Her Own Wings."
