Hurricane Fiona slams the Dominican Republic

Hurricane Fiona lashed the Dominican Republic on Monday (September 19) after it devastated Puerto Rico over the weekend. Fiona brought down trees, power lines and advertisements in the towns of Punta Cana, La Romana and El Seibo. Relief groups said there were no immediate reports of injuries.
