I talk today with Ahisma Grace a Spiritual Coach about Triggers and Using Trigger to Reveal What You Need To Heal.

What are emotional triggers? They are those super-reactive places inside you that become activated by someone else’s behaviors or comments.

Techniques to Heal Your Emotional Triggers:

Being aware of the trigger is only the first step.
Journal about your triggers.
Identify your top emotional triggers which cause you to be the most upset and thrown off balance.
Seek the source. Figure our where these triggers originated and really drill down to specific events, traumas and memories. This may take you down a deep rabbit hole, so go with the flow.
Be aware of projection.
Reprogram your negative beliefs.
Work with a therapist or coach if you need more support.
