When you feel stressed, angry, anxious or sad, being aware of the small things can help to put life into perspective.
Mindfulness practice helps you notice when your emotions may be getting overwhelming. When you do notice you are feeling overwhelmed, you can use this exercise to bring yourself back to the here and now.
