#2 Integrating Discipline

In today's episode of the How to Human Project, I discuss how I've been integrating discipline into my life. I define what discipline means to me and why we need it, especially as men and during these current times. I share what I've learnt and my key takeaways thus far and dive deep into the challenges and breakthroughs I've had in the past few months of this journey. I explain how you can begin practising and integrating discipline into your life to achieve or acquire your desired reality.

Discipline is a practice of self-control. As a man, it's essential to implement discipline into our lives to create a reality that is more aligned with our authentic selves. Living out a life that's not aligned with our soul's purpose is very draining and can lead to symptoms of depression, anxiety and overwhelm. By implementing discipline, we can set boundaries in our inner world that aligns us to what it is we want to achieve or acquire, break out of our comfort zone and create a life that's more on purpose and heading in the direction we desire to go.
