ender 2 pro X axis problem. Suggestions on a fix appreciated.

I am having an issue with my ender 2 pro where I can not get the x axis hot end plate to roll on all three wheels this making it loose and cause major print quality problems. As mentioned in the video I have done all normal methods of fixing it but none seem to work.
