The 9th Festival of Giant Dragons kites in Tempelhofer Feld.

On September 17, 2022, the Stadt und Land company sponsored the 9th Festival of Giant Dragons kites at the Tempelhofer Feld in Tempelhof, Berlin, Germany. The weather was windy and partly cloudy on Saturday. The wind did pick up around noon time.
There were more than 80 international kites. There were off-and-on rain showers during the event. There were flying whales, six-meter-high squirrels and more than 80 hang gliders from Europe there too. There were about 100,000 visitors at the ninth Festival of Giant Dragons.
On July 7, 1924, the Stadt und Land house construction company was founded and is a German state-owned public housing company that manages properties in Berlin and Brandenburg. The company aims to ensure Berliners of all income levels are able to afford to live in the city.
The STADT UND LAND construction company is one of Berlin's largest municipal housing associations, mainly in Neukölln, Treptow-Köpenick, Tempelhof-Schöneberg, Steglitz-Zehlendorf, Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, and Marzahn-Hellersdorf as well as in Brandenburg.
The Stadt und Land is to grow to a total of 55,500 apartments by 2026 through new construction and purchase. There are currently about 1,800 apartments under construction. Concrete projects with over 3,300 new apartments and a start of construction in 2021 are being planned.
