Expanded pokemon sets is a set review series meant to cover pokemon sets that are only part of the expanded format. Since I wasn't making pokemon tcg videos during the time when they were new I'll be looking at them as part of the expanded format today but I'll also talk about thier significance in the meta during the time they were fresh.

Noble Victories was one of the more interesting black and white sets bringing a wide variety of pokemon with all sorts of abilities and attacks. Not only that but it brought one of the most eternal competitive supporters N, based on Rocket's Admin which still sees massive play in expanded even today. It was also the last set before the concept of giant basic pokemon with large hp started so unfortunately many of the solid pokemon in here didn't last for long.
