**Refund/Return Policy**
- The Charmant Boutique guarantees that all purchased products are genuine and brand new.
- In case the purchased dress/item does not meet your expectations, please communicate with us immediately through a call/inbox message stating the problem with a picture of the defective/missing item.
- You can return the product or request a refund within 5 business days. We will not accept any return/refund requests after that.
- Used products after purchasing will not be eligible for refund/return requests.
- Only factory defects on the items/dresses will be considered for refunds/returns. Any damage after the customer carefully screens, purchases, and receives the product will not be acceptable for return/refunds.
- The item to be returned/changed/refunded must be sent to our outlet for quality inspection. Once the inspection is over, The Charmant Boutique will replace it with a new one or a refund of the paid price of the refunded item if it meets all our terms and conditions.
