Which path will it take? The large Russian flag in Belgrade was more than just support for Russia. After all, it was not a rally on Ukraine, but a religious procession in defense of the family and traditional values.

The EuroPride parade did go ahead in Belgrade this year - but was widely contested.

It is not illegal to be a sexual minority in Russia; gay and drag nightclubs operate as elsewhere. However LGBTQI propaganda is banned by law and there are no pride parades.

Does this discriminate against minority groups or uphold collective morality? You decide.
