We discussed earthquakes and volcanoes around the world. Below are some key places that were discussed. Some areas had earthquake clusters, earthquake swarms, volcano eruptions, and volcano warnings. Volcano status was also provided within the report.

New Zealand Earthquakes:
Earthquake Clusters:
The North Island continued to have earthquake clusters throughout the previous week. A great deal of New Zealand North Island is covered with earthquakes, yet at low magnitudes. Very little of North Island New Zealand isn't covered with earthquakes.

Lake Taupo and the Taupo Volcano earthquakes have lessened near the end of the week. There still are earthquake clusters within the Lake Taupo Volcano area.

South Island New Zealand has fewer earthquakes than the previous week.

Philippines Earthquakes
Earthquake Clusters: The Philippines earthquakes are still in clusters, primarily in the Manila areas. The Abra Philippines and Luxon Philippines areas are still receiving earthquake clusters. There is still a great deal of off-shore earthquakes and earthquakes near volcanoes.

Canlaon Volcano: Unrest status
Mayon Volcano: Unrest status
Taal Volcano: Unrest status

Taiwan Earthquakes:
Strong Earthquake Clusters: Taiwan has received powerful earthquake clusters of high magnitudes. The Taiwan earthquakes range from 4.0 magnitude to 7.2 magnitude. The Taitung Earthquakes have collapsed bridges and caused major aftermath and earthquake damage. The information is still coming in. Taiwan had a 7.2 magnitude earthquake that was downgraded to a 6.9 magnitude earthquake. The total aftermath or earthquake damage has not yet been fully assessed.

The majority of the Taiwan earthquakes fell in a 16-hour window. They had a moment of 16-hour earthquake clusters. The Taiwan earthquake cluster report is here: https://youtu.be/6p3IqUWBZVM

La Palma Earthquakes
Earthquake Clusters: The La Palma Volcano still gets earthquake clusters throughout the week. Some of the earthquakes are offshore but the majority are around the volcano. The La Palma Volcano isn't showing any signs of unrest and is not under alert status.

Iceland Earthquakes
Major Earthquake Clusters: The Grimsey Island earthquakes are continuing. The number of Iceland earthquakes has decreased, yet Grimsey Island has a high concentration of earthquakes. The Grimsey Island earthquakes continue around the Kolbeinsey Ridge, the Tjornes Fracture Zone, and the North Volcanic Belt.
