Oven backed chicken salad

Oven bake your chicken then shred into chuncks
Assembly lettuce, red onion,spring onions,red pepper,some nuts in a bowl
Add in your shredded chicken pieces
For dressing add some olive oil and your favorite salad dressing.
Mix in everything together.
