On Friday, September 2, 2022, 34 year old Eliza Fletcher, or “Liza” as she was know to her friends and family, headed out for a very early morning run. On what should have been a typical morning jog for the avid runner, her life was tragically cut short by someone who should have never had the opportunity to even set eyes on her.
