What Is the Spiritual World Like? (Spiritual Poetry) - Najim Mostamand

Many people, including myself, have often wondered what the spiritual world is like.

Personal experience has taught me that we can only grasp this beautiful world—our true world—once we actually experience it. Put simply, there are no words, descriptions or analysis that can capture it.

But in a deeply inspired state, I wrote this deep poem to try to convey some of the feelings and experiences one has when they are traveling this world and achieving some sort of spiritual awakening.

As the famous quote goes, "you are not a human being having a spiritual experience. You are a spiritual being having a human experience."

There is this world where only light exists,
where only waves surrender,
where only one finds true bliss.

Deeper you go, ‘til depth means nothing.
What you seek is what you are,
and that is something.

Oceans upon oceans you love to travel,
not realizing the greatest mystery’s inside,
waiting to be unraveled.

But if you do yearn to make this shift,
step into this world now,
and rise like mist.
