June 17th, 2022. Eric Minor; WA State Director for the Convention of States, poses the 'FOR' a COS, and Leah Southwell, Western Regional Field Director for The John Birch Society provides the 'AGAINST' perspective.

The issue; of whether to hold an Article V COS or not, is one that is NOT simply addressed at its face value - there are many considerations; what happened in the past? Do we have honest enough elected people controlling our states for them to appoint COS delegates who are not 'politically' motivated? Is there really a way to 'guarantee' the COS would not be turned on its head and become a 'runaway' and destroy our U.S. Constitution and our Bill of Rights?

Considering the moral decay of our elected this is a risky decision. Listen closely and you make the decision to hold a COS, or not.

Interestingly, recently Glen Beck changed his position, recognizing the peril our society is in regarding moral, public virtue, and determined it is much to risky to move forward with an Article V COS.
