I have updated the post about proper meditation and included the conversation we had with Buddha about this and what he recommends for meditation. I have removed War on the Saints from my post because Buddha says when you obsess over demons, it makes them stronger and that there is no such thing as demon possession, though there is demon obsession, which is bad.
